Service Agreements and Scope
All cleaning services are subject to the following conditions:
Service Specification
Services will be performed according to the scope agreed upon during consultation. Any changes to service scope must be communicated and agreed upon before additional work is performed.
Access Requirements
Clients must provide reasonable access to service areas during scheduled appointments. Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees or service cancellation.

Clients are responsible for disclosing any hazardous conditions, special requirements, or unusual circumstances that may affect service delivery. This includes mold, asbestos, biohazards, or structural concerns.
Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to fees as specified during booking.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Service Quality Commitment
We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services following our documented protocols. However, we do not warrant that services will meet every specific expectation or achieve particular results.
While we use systematic approaches designed for comprehensive coverage, cleaning outcomes can be affected by factors including existing conditions, surface types, age of materials, and previous maintenance history.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties of title or non-infringement
- Warranties that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of content or information
Limitations on Damage Recovery
We maintain professional standards and take reasonable precautions to prevent damage. However, some materials or surfaces may be inherently fragile or damaged by age, wear, or previous conditions. We are not responsible for damage to items that are inherently fragile, already damaged, or that fail due to pre-existing conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Exclusion of Consequential Damages
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRECISION DETAIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or information
- Cost of substitute services or products
- Emotional distress or inconvenience
- Business interruption or operational delays
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim, or $500, whichever is less.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, equipment failures, or utility interruptions.
Time Limitation for Claims
Any claims arising from our services must be brought within one year from the date the cause of action arose. Claims not filed within this period are permanently barred.
Insurance and Professional Coverage
Precision Detail maintains appropriate business insurance coverage for our operations. However, this insurance does not expand our liability beyond the limits specified in these Terms and Conditions.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own insurance coverage for their property and possessions. We recommend reviewing your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy to understand your coverage.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
1. Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to contact us directly to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Many disputes can be resolved through direct communication.
2. Binding Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
3. Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes with us only on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Precision Detail.
4. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Precision Detail operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
5. Jurisdiction and Venue
To the extent any legal action is permitted under these terms, you agree that such action will be brought exclusively in courts located in our jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
Age Restrictions
Our services are intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
If we discover that information has been collected from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, effective upon posting the updated version on our website. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised.
Material changes to these terms will be highlighted on our website or communicated via email to active clients. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree to modified terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
Severability and Waiver
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable. If modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Precision Detail.
Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms to any third party without restriction.
Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other legal notices or agreements provided during service booking, constitute the entire agreement between you and Precision Detail regarding use of our website and services.
These terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Precision Detail.
